Our first-graders from 1A and 1B recently set off on an exciting cultural excursion to the MTFK to watch the English-language production of The Frog Prince.
The Journey: A Test of Patience đ
The day began with a bit of a challenge. To put it mildly, our trip with Deutsche Bahn didnât exactly go according to plan. Between delays and technical hiccups, we faced more than just one problem on our way to the venue. However, the children handled the “adventure” with great spirit!
The Performance: Pure Magic đ
The rocky journey was quickly forgotten the moment the curtain rose. The play was a resounding success:
- Language Learning: Despite being performed in English, the students followed the story with ease thanks to the expressive acting.
- Engagement: The colorful costumes and catchy songs kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, learning, and a reminder that sometimes the best rewards come after a tricky start.
